- Must have an insurance certificate confirming coverage for the specific facility rental.
- Subject to a minimum 2-hour booking.
- Required to have an event monitor or security onsite. This is subject to a minimum four-hour charge and is billed hourly thereafter.
- Full payment is due prior to the event.

The gym features a full-size basketball court or the two half-courts can be separated by the heavy curtain partition. There are a total of six (6) basketball nets.
