Grammar Parents Inspire Students at African Heritage Month Assembly
Last week, our Middle School students had the privilege of learning from two members of our own Grammar community at our African Heritage Month assembly.
Augy Jones, an educator, coach, and advocate for youth development, shared his journey growing up in Halifax as the son of civil rights activists and his dedication to building stronger, more compassionate communities.
Anthony Brown, a leader in workplace safety and injury compensation, spoke about his work in justice and mentorship, ensuring fairness and support for workers while guiding young athletes as a Junior NBA coach.
As parents of Grammar Middle School students, both speakers brought personal and powerful perspectives to our students. Thank you, Augy and Anthony, for inspiring the next generation!
